Anthelmintic / Antiparasitic
Indicated for the treatment and control of
adult and larval stage of gastrointestinal
roundworms and lungworms in poultry and
livestock (anti-parasitic)
Formulation: Each gram contains Levamisole
15 g and hydrochloride 10 g
Dosage and Administration:
Poultry chicks: 112 tsp/gal of water (7.5 g/gal)
of drinking water for 1 day
Adult birds: 2%2 tsp/gal of water (12.5 g/gal)
drinking water for 1 day
Horse, cattle, carabao, sheep, goats, dogs &
cats -1 g/10 kg BW mixed in drinking water for
1 day. Repeat every 3-4 months. Swine 15
g/gal of drinking water for 1 day. Repeat after 6
months.
